For boys and girls 18mo.- 3 years old. Class is 45 minutes long with the assistance of a parent. The program focuses on gross motor development and teaching basic gymnastics skills. Class times are Wednesday 9:00– 9:45 am, Saturday 9:00– 9:45 am.
For boys and girls 3-4 years old. Class is 60 minutes long without the assistance of a parent. Similar to the Mini Stars, we focus on gross motor development and teaching basic gymnastics skills on all of the events. Class times are Tuesday 4:00-5:00 pm, Wednesday 10:00– 11:00 am, Thursday 4:00-5:00 pm, Friday 10:15-11:15 am, Saturday 10:00- 11:00 am.
For girls 5-6 years old. Class is 1 hour 15 minutes long. This program teaches tumbling, bars, balance beam, and vaulting skills. Students receive cards at the end of each session explaining their level of achievement. Class times are Monday 4:30– 5:45 pm, Tuesday 4:30-5:45 pm, Wednesday 4:30– 5:45 pm/ 5:30-6:45 pm, Thursday 5:00-6:15 pm, Saturday 11:-00– 12:15 pm. Hot Shots 1/2 (advanced) are 1 hour and 30 minutes. Class time is Thursday 4:30– 6:00 pm.
For girls 7 years and older working on the skills in our achievement program. Students receive cards at the end of each session. Class times are Monday 5:00-6:15 pm, Wednesday 3:30– 4:45 pm/ 5:30-6:45 pm, Thursday 4:30– 5:45 pm, Saturday 11:00– 12:15 pm. Hot Shots 2/3 (advanced) is one hour fourty-five mins. Hot Shots 2/3—Tuesday 4:30– 6:15 pm
For boys 5 years old and older who are interested in learning men’s gymnastics. The boys will work on the 6 men’s events plus trampoline and tumble trak. Students receive cards at the end of each session showing their progression. Class time is Tuesday 4:30-5:45 pm. Advanced Tumbling Stars is 1 hour and 30 minutes. Class time is Monday 5:00-6:30 pm.
Floor Tumbling I and II
For girls and boys 6 years and older who want to work tumbling skills. This is a great class for Cheerleaders and anyone who wants to flip! This is broken down into beginner and advanced classes. Class times: Floor I– Friday 5:00-6:00 pm, Floor II– Thursday 5:30– 6:30 pm.
Trampoline and Ski/Snowboard Training
For girls and boys 6 Years and older. Trampoline training helps athletes build strength, stamina and coordination in a fun-filled, high flying format. During our class we work on the tumble trak, trampoline, and use the spring boards. We set a series of conditioning to work legs, core, and upper body as well. This is a great way for skiers and snowboarders to get some dry land training in before the snow falls and to perfect skills during the season!We wanted to provide our area skiers the opportunity to continue to work on their skills all year long, so when the season comes they will be more ready than ever! We can offer group rates for private gym time and classes. Class times are Tuesday 5:00-6:00 pm, Thursday 5:30-6:30 pm.
For boys and girls ages 6 and older. We will be working a series of gymnastics based challenges with the end result doing an obstacle course based on all the challenges we have worked on. We also work on parkour style training drills including our BRAND NEW warped wall, salmon ladder, peg board, and monkey bars. Class times are Monday 4:00-5:00 pm, Thursday 5:00-6:00pm, Saturday 9:30- 10:30 am/ 10:30- 11:30 am.
Freestyle Ninja Training
This is a brand NEW class for boys and girls 11 years and older. This class is very similar to our traditional ninja challenge, but focusing on challenging athletes with harder obstacles and basic flipping/tumbling skills. It will also build upon tricking skills and basic free-running movements to better agility and strength for kids who want to be a real life ninja. Class times are Tuesday 6:00-7:00 pm, Thursday 6:30-7:30pm, and Saturday 11:30am-12:30pm.
